We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting technical and business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions. You will lead the development of detailed business cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, financial goals, and technical requirements. Your ability to work closely with development teams and business stakeholders will ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

This role requires a technically savvy individual with a strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycles, and modern technical environments to bridge the gap between business and technology.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and document complex business processes related to operations, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed technical and functional requirements for system enhancements and new features.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives, including market analysis, ROI assessments, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Conduct detailed research and data analysis to define project objectives, financial projections, and key success metrics.
  • Collaborate with development teams and technical leads to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with system architecture.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to support Agile development teams.
  • Facilitate all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure that solutions align with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
  • Participate in technical discussions to resolve ambiguities, validate requirements, and support technical decision-making.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and present findings, business cases, and proposed solutions.
  • Support the testing, validation, and deployment of solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical expectations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with hands-on Scrum experience.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments; Scrum Master certification is a plus but demonstrated experience is a must.
  • Experience in developing business cases, including ROI analysis, market research, and feasibility studies.
  • Strong experience collaborating with development teams and technical leads to define and deliver technically feasible solutions.
  • Proven track record of working on projects involving complex system architectures and integrations.

Skills

  • Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to define and document business cases, including financial models and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry with an understanding of customer behaviors and trends is a plus.

Technical Expertise

  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and technical design principles.
