We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to manage and deliver complex technical projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with strategic objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.
This role requires a technically savvy individual with hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, a strong understanding of system architecture, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and resources across projects. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to ensure that all technical initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage key technical projects, including software development initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and AI/ML implementations. Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business cases, including ROI analysis, feasibility studies, and market research.
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with system architecture and requirements.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the integration, testing, and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical expectations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams to achieve project goals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with PM methodologies; PM certification such as PMI/PMP is a plus but demonstrated experience is a must.
- Track record of delivering projects involving complex system architectures, integrations, and software development lifecycles.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to address risks and challenges proactively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss system architecture, APIs, and software development processes.
- Ability to develop and oversee business cases, including ROI analysis and competitor benchmarking.
